Bear Haven Hideaway is a private single-family home within the Lodges at Eagles Nest, offering the perfect blend of exclusive privacy and access to a diverse range of resort-style amenities. Guests enjoy luxury mountain features including a gourmet kitchen, hot tub, and fire pit, along with multiple ensuite bedrooms to accommodate families, couples, or groups. While you’ll have partial access to most community amenities, certain member-only areas are reserved. Please note: the community is growing, with daytime construction possible in some areas, ensuring ongoing enhancements to your mountain experience.

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

  • This home does not include access to or use of the garage.
  • Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
  • This home has 1 exterior security camera mounted to the left side of the detached garage viewing the parking area and driveway only. No other cameras are present at this house.

Policies and Rules

  • CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • This home is not pet friendly. No pets are allowed.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website.
  • Guests are responsible for supplying all their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee to maintain the amenities.
  • Firewood for the outdoor fire pit may be added at time of booking or by calling at least 1 week in advance. $25 for 2 bundles of firewood and 1 firestarter.
  • The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
  • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.

Parking Information

  • 4WD is required for winter months, and chains may also be necessary in times of snow or ice.
  • Garage access is not included.
  • Free parking is provided.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
  • All linens and towels provided.
  • Guests are responsible for supplying all their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
